I. Overview
<span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false" style="box-sizing: border-box;">The shock absorber drum vibration endurance testing bench can be used for fatigue tests of front or rear shock absorbers on motorcycles/electric scooters/tricycles, simulating road conditions.

II. Structural Features
<span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false" style="box-sizing: border-box;">The main unit is composed of four main parts: the base, drum loading mechanism, transmission mechanism, and mounting bracket. The base is made from a solid steel plate and houses the drum, bearing seat, variable-frequency motor, and mounting bracket. The mounting bracket is welded from shaped materials and is equipped with auxiliary tools for installing shock absorbers.
<span class="ql-ui" contenteditable="false" style="box-sizing: border-box;">The drum loading mechanism uses cast steel roller as the drum, equipped with two high-hardness (HB300 hardness) projections. The transmission mechanism transmits the variable speed motor's different speeds, after reduction, to the loading mechanism with high torque. The variable frequency motor provides stepless speed variation, meeting the test requirements of the drum at different frequencies.
