The dust-laden gas from the褶皱式除尘布袋 enters the hopper, where coarse dust particles and agglomerates fall directly due to inertia, serving as preliminary dust collection. The air flow inside the hopper turns upward and fills the cabinet. As it passes through the pulse-pleated filter bags, dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter sleeves. The purified gas then enters the upper clean chamber of the filter bags and is channeled into the exhaust pipe.
Upon reaching the set value or time, the dust removal control instrument emits a cleaning command to remove dust from the surface of the filter bags, allowing it to fall into the ash bin. The entire process consists of filtration, pulse cleaning, and exhaust. The dust removal of the dust collector is completed by the pulse solenoid valve and control instrument, with proper dust removal ensuring the lifespan of the filter sleeves. As the dust collector operates, with continuous filtration, the accumulated dust on the outside of the filter bags gradually increases, and the resistance of the dust collector also gradually increases.
