A bag dust collector is a dry dust filtration device. After a period of use, due to effects such as screening, collision, adhesion, diffusion, and static electricity, a layer of dust accumulates on the surface of the filter bag, known as the initial layer. In the subsequent operation, the initial layer becomes the main filtration layer of the filter material. Relying on the initial layer, filter materials with larger pores can also achieve high filtration efficiency. As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector increase accordingly. When the pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material is significant, some small dust particles attached to the filter material will be extruded, causing a decrease in the efficiency of the dust collector. Additionally, an excessively high resistance in the dust collector can significantly reduce the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the dust collector promptly when the resistance reaches a certain level. Cleaning should not damage the initial layer to prevent a decrease in efficiency.
Baghouse Dust Collector
As the powder repeatedly adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, the powder layer thickens continuously, and the resistance value of the bag dust collector increases accordingly; the pulse valve diaphragm issues a command, and the pulse valve opens when it is submerged on both sides. The compressed air in the high-pressure air bag is released. If there is no dust or it is reduced to a certain extent, the mechanical cleaning operation will cease.
Baghouse Dust Collector Product Structure:
The bag dust collector structure mainly consists of the upper housing, middle housing, lower housing (dust hopper), cleaning system, and discharge mechanism, etc.
The performance of a bag dust collector is crucially dependent on not only the correct selection of filter bag material but also the cleaning system, which plays a decisive role. Therefore, the cleaning method distinguishes the characteristics of the bag dust collector and is a vital part of its operation.
