Bag dust collectors are a type of dry dust filtration device. After a period of use, the filter material accumulates a layer of dust on its surface due to effects such as sieve filtration, collision, retention, diffusion, and static electricity. This layer of dust is called the initial layer. In the subsequent operation, the initial layer becomes the main filtration layer of the filter material, enabling filter materials with larger pore sizes to achieve high filtration efficiency. As dust accumulates on the surface of the filter material, the efficiency and resistance of the dust collector increase correspondingly. When there is a significant pressure difference between the two sides of the filter material, some fine dust particles that have adhered to it may be forced through, reducing the efficiency of the dust collector. Additionally, an excessively high resistance in the dust collector can significantly decrease the air volume of the dust removal system. Therefore, it is necessary to clean the dust collector promptly once the resistance reaches a certain level. When cleaning, the initial layer should not be damaged to avoid a decrease in efficiency.

As the powder repeatedly adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, the powder layer continues to thicken, and the resistance value of the bag dust collector increases accordingly; the pulse valve diaphragm issues a command, and when submerged from both sides, the pulse valve opens, allowing compressed air from the high-pressure air bag to flow. If there is no dust or it is reduced to a certain degree, the mechanical cleaning operation will cease.
Baghouse Dust Collector Product Structure:
The structure of the bag dust collector mainly consists of the upper housing, middle housing, lower housing (dust pan), cleaning system, and discharge mechanism, etc.
The performance of a bag dust collector is crucially dependent on not only the correct selection of filter bag material but also the cleaning system, which plays a decisive role. Therefore, the cleaning method distinguishes the characteristics of bag dust collectors and is a vital aspect of their operation.
