The dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper from the air inlet, where a portion of the larger dust particles and aggregated dust clumps fall directly due to inertia, serving as preliminary dust collection. The air flow, bending upwards into the hopper, then surges into the chamber. As it passes through the pulse-pleated filter bags, the dust is trapped on the outer surface of the filter sleeves. The purified gas then enters the clean room above the filter bags, accumulating in the exhaust duct and being released.
Upon reaching the set value or time, the dedusting control instrument issues a cleaning command, removing dust from the surface of the filter bag and allowing it to fall into the ash hopper. The entire process consists of filtration, pulse cleaning, and exhaust. The deduster's cleaning is accomplished by a pulse electromagnetic valve and control instrument, with proper cleaning ensuring the service life of the filter elements. As the deduster operates, with continuous filtration, the dust accumulation on the outer surface of the filter bag gradually increases, and the resistance of the deduster also gradually rises.
