The unit housing is constructed with a cold bridge-free aluminum alloy frame and a cold bridge-free, screw-free design concept. The housing is formed by connecting double-sided panels with an aluminum skeleton via special clips. The housing features a high-density double-sided color steel plate polyurethane foam design with a foam density of ≥48 ka/m³. The inner surface of the housing is smooth and flat, making it less prone to accumulating dust and bacteria, which is beneficial for improving the quality of the treated air and is suitable for environments with purification requirements.
The patented box frame is constructed with a new cold bridge breaking technology, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technique, where the insulation material is integrated with the aluminum alloy for a single molding process. The composite material boasts high strength, effectively preventing the formation of cold bridges. The exterior surface of the aluminum alloy is treated with oxidation and sandblasting, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance and excellent corrosion resistance.
The assembly of the unit is secured with custom aluminum alloy covers and dedicated clips, utilizing self-tightening plates for fixation. The housing is sealed with double-fixed internal and external components, ensuring a solid fixation inside and outside the unit. There are no exposed screws on the unit, contributing to a simple and aesthetically pleasing structure, increased strength, and prevention of air leakage while completely isolating cold bridge transmission.
High-efficiency heat exchange, superior performance
The heat exchanger employs specialized high-efficiency internal threaded copper tubes, which increase the heat exchange area on the inner wall, enhance the intensity of turbulent flow, and increase the heat transfer efficiency by about 20%; the closely packed small tubes method significantly improves the heat exchange effect.
The Dong Bu tube has been meticulously designed to consider the refrigerant's state, flow rate, and pressure drop under both refrigeration and heating modes, ensuring high heat exchange performance in any operating mode.
Utilizing a diffused胀head expansion process, it effectively ensures a tight bond between aluminum fins and copper tubes, reducing the heat transfer resistance of the surface cooler.

The microcomputer controller features multi-functional automatic controls such as fault diagnosis, intelligent defrosting, energy management, and operation monitoring. It supports various operating modes, scheduled on/off operations, and can be extended with additional features according to the customer's requirements.
A comprehensive protection system with intelligent self-detection functions ensures the reliability and safety of the unit, eliminating the need for dedicated maintenance. The unit features system high-voltage and low-voltage protection, phase loss protection, phase sequence protection, over-voltage and under-voltage protection for power supply, overheating protection for the compressor motor, excessive exhaust temperature protection for the compressor, anti-repeated start protection for the compressor, and sensor failure protection. With multiple protection functions, it can proactively respond to extreme working conditions, mitigate risks, and automatically shut down in the event of a fault, locking it and providing automatic functions such as fault display and condition recording.
