The Yinteng new-style overhead installation air conditioning unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.
b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.
c) There are explosive hazardous areas formed by mixtures of flammable gases, vapors from Groups II(A), II(B), and T1 to T4, with air.

The cabinet is constructed with a cold-bridge-free aluminum alloy frame and a screwless concept design, featuring double-sided panels connected to an aluminum skeleton via special clamps. The cabinet is designed with high-density double-sided color steel plate polyurethane foam, with a foam density of ≥48 kg/m³. The inner surface of the cabinet is smooth and flat, reducing dust accumulation and bacterial growth, which is beneficial for improving the quality of treated air and suitable for environments with purification requirements.
Patented body frame structure features a new cold bridge breaking technology, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technique, where the insulation material is integrated with the aluminum profile, resulting in a high-strength composite material that effectively prevents cold bridge formation. The exterior surface of the aluminum alloy is treated with oxidation and sandblasting for a visually appealing appearance and superior corrosion resistance.
The assembly of the unit is secured with specially designed aluminum alloy covers and dedicated clips, utilizing self-tightening plates for fixation. The housing is sealed with dual internal and external fixation, ensuring the unit's internal and external stability. The unit features no exposed screws, resulting in a sleek and aesthetically pleasing structure with enhanced strength, preventing air leakage and completely isolating cold bridge transmission.
High-efficiency heat exchange, superior performance
The heat exchanger employs a special high-efficiency internal threaded copper tube, which increases the heat exchange surface area of the inner wall and enhances the intensity of turbulent flow, resulting in a heat transfer efficiency increase of about 20%; the dense arrangement of small tubes significantly improves the heat exchange performance.
The Dongbu tube ensures optimal refrigerant state, flow rate, and pressure drop in both refrigeration and heating modes, maintaining high heat exchange performance across all operating conditions.
Utilizing the diffusion胀头胀接工艺, it effectively ensures a tight bond between aluminum fins and copper tubes, reducing the heat transfer resistance of the surface cooler.
Direct heat exchange between refrigerant and air, without the need for an intermediate medium, ensures high efficiency and energy savings.

The microcomputer controller features multiple automatic control functions such as fault diagnosis, intelligent defrosting, energy management, and operation monitoring, allowing for various modes of operation and scheduled on/off functions. It can also be extended with additional features as per the customer's requirements.
Comprehensive protection system with intelligent self-detection features, ensuring operator safety and reliability with no need for dedicated maintenance. The unit features system over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, phase-loss protection, phase sequence protection, over-voltage protection, under-voltage protection, compressor motor overheating protection, high compressor exhaust temperature protection, anti-frequent start protection for the compressor, and sensor fault protection. These multiple protection functions enable advanced response to extreme working conditions, risk avoidance, and automatic shutdown in case of failure, with fault locking and automatic functions like fault display and condition recording.
