The housing is constructed with a cold-bridge-free aluminum alloy frame and a screwless concept design, consisting of double-sided panels connected to an aluminum skeleton via special clips. The housing features a high-density double-sided steel plate polyurethane foam design with a foam density of ≥48 ka/m³. The inner surface of the housing is smooth and flat, resists dust and bacterial growth, enhancing the quality of treated air, and is suitable for environments requiring air purification.
The patent-type cabinet frame is constructed with a new cold bridge-breaking technique, high-strength aluminum alloy composite thermal insulation technology, where the thermal insulation material is integrated with the aluminum alloy, resulting in a high-strength composite material that effectively prevents the formation of cold bridges. The outer surface of the aluminum alloy is treated with oxidation and sandblasting, offering a beautiful appearance and excellent corrosion resistance.
The assembly of the unit is secured with custom aluminum alloy covers and dedicated clips, utilizing self-tightening plates for fixation. The housing is sealed with double fixation internally and externally, ensuring a firm seal between the unit's interior and exterior. The absence of exposed screws on the unit contributes to a sleek and aesthetically pleasing structure, enhanced strength, and prevents air leakage while completely isolating cold bridge transmission.

The heat exchanger employs specialized high-efficiency internal threaded copper tubes, increasing the heat exchange area on the inner wall and enhancing the intensity of turbulent flow, resulting in a heat transfer efficiency boost of approximately 20%; the closely packed small tube design significantly improves the heat exchange effect.
The Dong Bu pipe gives full consideration to the refrigerant's state, flow rate, and pressure drop under both refrigeration and heating modes, ensuring high heat exchange performance in any operation mode.
