The housing is constructed with a cold-bridge-free aluminum alloy frame and a screwless concept design, featuring double-sided panels connected to an aluminum skeleton via special clamps. The housing is designed with high-density double-sided color steel plate polyurethane foam, with a foam density of ≥48 kg/m³. The inner surface of the housing is smooth and flat, resistant to dust and bacterial growth, which is beneficial for improving the quality of processed air and suitable for environments with purification requirements.
The patented body frame is constructed with a new cold bridge-breaking technology, high-strength aluminum alloy composite insulation technique, where the insulation material is integrated with the aluminum alloy, resulting in a composite material with high strength and effectively preventing the formation of cold bridges. The outer surface of the aluminum alloy is treated with oxidation and sandblasting, offering an aesthetically pleasing appearance and high corrosion resistance.
The assembly of the unit is secured with a custom aluminum alloy cover and specialized clips, utilizing a self-tightening sealing plate. The housing is sealed with double fixation internally and externally, ensuring the unit's internal and external components are firmly fixed. The unit features no exposed screws, resulting in a sleek and aesthetically pleasing structure, enhanced strength, and prevents air leakage as well as completely isolates the cold bridge transmission.

The heat exchanger employs special high-efficiency internally threaded copper tubes, which increases the internal heat exchange surface area and enhances the intensity of turbulent flow, resulting in a heat transfer efficiency boost of about 20%; the compact arrangement of small tubes significantly improves the heat exchange performance.
The Dong Bu pipe takes full consideration of the refrigerant state, flow rate, and pressure drop in both cooling and heating modes, ensuring high heat exchange performance in any operation mode.
