The Yingteng explosion-proof air handling unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:
a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m
b) Applicable environment: Temperature -7°C to 43°C, free from corrosive gases.
c) There are hazardous areas with flammable gases, vapors, and air mixtures, classified as II A, II B, and T1 to T4 groups, posing explosion risks.

Features of Explosion-proof Fresh Air Air Conditioning Unit
Box
The cabinet is constructed with a combination of low thermal resistance wall panels made from high-sealing profiled frame and color steel plates. The frame is made of aluminum alloy profiled skeleton: the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foam with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/m·K. High-density polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is resistant to rust and corrosion, aesthetically pleasing, and durable with a low air leakage rate.
Fan
Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation and features low noise and high total pressure.
Cooling Coil
The evaporator core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, which are tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion techniques. Afterward, they undergo a 2.8MPa pressure seal leakage test, ensuring performance meets the US ARI standards and guarantees superior product performance and reliable quality.
Dry-type condensate tray
Precision-engineered condensate trays and extra-thick thermal insulation ensure that the unit operates without condensation drips in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are slightly inclined for easy drainage. Additionally, the condensate pipes are sized for non-full flow, providing a discharge capacity five times greater than the unit's normal operation discharge. Prompt discharge of condensate reduces the "contact time" of the tray, benefiting both in reducing corrosion of the tray and preventing bacterial growth, thus ensuring indoor air quality.
Air Filter
Specially designed panel filters can be easily removed from either side or above the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in space-constrained environments. The filter material can be nylon corrugated mesh or non-woven fabric.
