The Yingteng explosion-proof fresh air unit can operate normally under the following environmental conditions:

a) Altitude not exceeding 2,000m.

b) Suitable for environments with temperatures ranging from -7℃ to 43℃, free of corrosive gases.

Explosion-proof Fresh Air Air Conditioning Unit Features

Casing

The cabinet is constructed with a combination of low thermal resistance wall panels made from high-sealing profile frames and color steel plates. The frame is made of aluminum alloy profile skeleton: the wall panels are made of polyurethane integral foam with a thermal conductivity of: λ=0.022 W/m·K. High-grade polyethylene wall panels or glass wool wall panels can also be used. This structure is resistant to rust and corrosion, aesthetically pleasing, and durable, with a low wind leakage rate of the cabinet.

Fan

Utilizing low-noise, high-efficiency external rotor centrifugal fans, the fans are precision dynamically balanced to ensure smooth operation of the unit, featuring low noise and high total pressure.

Cooling Plate

The evaporator core is made of seamless copper tubes and high-purity aluminum foil, tightly integrated through advanced mechanical or hydraulic expansion techniques. Afterward, it undergoes a 2.8MPa air pressure sealing leak test, meeting the U.S. ARI standards, ensuring superior product performance and reliable quality.

Dry-type condensate pan

The meticulously designed condensate trays and extra-thick thermal insulation ensure that the equipment operates without condensation dripping in harsh environmental conditions. The condensate trays are installed with a slight incline for efficient condensate drainage. Additionally, the condensate pipes are sized for non-full flow conditions, providing a drainage capacity five times greater than the equipment's normal operation discharge volume. Timely removal of condensate reduces the "contact" time on the trays, benefiting both in reducing corrosion to the trays and preventing bacterial growth, thus ensuring indoor air quality.

Air Filter

Specially designed panel filters can be easily removed from either side or above the unit, making them particularly suitable for maintenance and cleaning in space-constrained environments. The filter material can be nylon corrugated mesh or non-woven fabric.
