The CJW/CEW series universal (fluorescent) magnetic particle inspection machines are divided into two main types: fixed mechanical and electrical separate structures, and mechanical and electrical integration, with the degree of automation tailored to customer requirements. They are primarily composed of several parts, including the magnetizing power supply, electrical control system, magnetic holding system, magnetic suspension liquid spraying and recovery system, fluorescent inspection system, and degaussing system. They are suitable for detecting surface and near-surface cracks and various minute defects in parts such as bolts, shafts, and bars made of ferromagnetic materials, caused by factors like material properties, forging, quenching, machining, and fatigue, using wet magnetic particle testing methods.
The CJW/CEW series universal (fluorescent) magnetic particle inspection equipment is designed and manufactured in accordance with the American MIL and German DIN standards. It conforms to the JBT8290-2011 (1998) "Magnetic Particle Inspection Equipment" standard. It can magnetize and degauss inspection parts circumferentially and longitudinally with automatic decay, and the degaussing current automatically decays to zero. It features power-off phase control and does not miss detect during AC magnetization. Suitable for wet inspection methods of continuous and residual magnetism. This series offers comprehensive functions, multipurpose magnetization and degaussing, easy operation, and reliable performance. It is applicable for the magnetic particle inspection of various ferromagnetic parts in the aerospace, petrochemical, automotive, internal combustion engine, railway, and machinery manufacturing industries.
