Nickel Slag Processing Flow:
Wet nickel slag, after being weighed by a quantitative feeding system, is directly conveyed to the feed port of the vertical roller mill via a belt conveyor. The nickel slag powder, dried and ground, is collected by a long-bag pulse dust collector and then transported into the nickel slag powder storage by an air conveying chute and a hoist. The slag discharged from the vertical mill is re-fed into the mill via a belt conveyor and a bucket elevator. An electromagnetic iron separator is set on the slag discharge belt conveyor for iron removal.
