Coal vertical mill structural features
1. The vertical roller mill uses a flat disk-shaped grinding table and tire-shaped roller sleeves, which are more suitable for coal powder grinding.
2. The roller bearing for the grinding roller does not require special sealing. The grinding roller assembly utilizes a pair of spherical roller bearings, with the bearing sealing chamber extending outside the housing, thus not coming into contact with dusty gases. As a result, simple sealing is sufficient to prevent dust from entering the roller bearing, eliminating the need for a sealing fan.
3. The mill drive section does not require auxiliary transmission devices.
4. The slagging part is simple. The coal vertical mill has less slag, and the slag outlet is equipped with a cover, so a slagging valve is not required.
