The QSM-3-SZ hydrostatic water type mineral water cutting machine features a structure mainly composed of an internal hydraulic booster pump, abrasive tank, automatic sand mixing valve, safety valve, high-pressure hose, pressure gauge, and cutter. It can utilize ground water pressure of 4MPa or static water pressure of 3 to 6MPa from underground coal mines. The internal hydraulic booster pump increases the incoming water pressure to over 30MPa at a 1:10 ratio before supplying it to the abrasive tank, achieving the cutting purpose. The equipment contains no electrical components; the cutting process does not produce sparks, heat rise, or deformation, ensuring safe operation. The lightweight and portable design of this equipment is suitable for use in complex tunnels underground and meets the cutting needs in the confined spaces of coal mines.
