Structure/Principle/Characteristics
The electric type mine water cutting machine is composed of components such as an automatic mixing valve, abrasive tank, electric motor, plunger pump, safety valve, pressure gauge, high-pressure hose, nozzle body, and cutter, and is powered by an electric booster pump.
Principle of Operation: An electric supercharger pump supplies liquid to the abrasive tank, boosting the井下 atmospheric pressure water to the rated working pressure. The abrasive tank mixes water and sand in a specific ratio, which is then conveyed through a high-pressure hose to the high-pressure nozzle. The high-pressure nozzle accelerates the high-pressure mixed water to approximately 340 m/s, generating a high-speed water jet for cutting workpieces. The cutting process does not produce sparks, temperature rise, or deformation, ensuring safe operation.
