The QSM-4-QF type mineral water jet cutting machine is composed of components such as an automatic sand mixing valve, abrasive tank, pneumatic motor, plunger pump, safety valve, pressure gauge, high-pressure hose, nozzle body, and cutter, and is powered by: air pressure source.
Operation Principle: An air-driven motor powers a plunger pump to boost the ground-level atmospheric water to 40MPa, supplying it to the abrasive tank. The abrasive tank then blends water and sand in a specific ratio, which is then conveyed to the high-pressure nozzle via high-pressure hoses. The high-pressure nozzle accelerates the high-pressure mixed water to approximately 340m/s, generating a high-speed water jet for cutting workpieces. The cutting process does not produce sparks, temperature rise, or deformation, ensuring safe operation.
