Structure/Principle/Characteristics
The QSM-4.5-ZF Coal Mine Water Cutting Machine is mainly composed of a mixed sand valve abrasive tank, an external booster pump, a pressure compensation device, a high-voltage alarm under-pressure protection liquid control valve, a safety valve, high-pressure hoses, a pressure gauge, a machine case, and a base, featuring a split structure.
Operation Principle: Utilizing the emulsion in the emulsion pump underground as the power source, it drives the piston of the booster pump to perform a linear reciprocating motion. The reciprocating piston raises the static well water pressure to 45MPa, and the high-pressure water is then supplied through high-pressure hoses to the water jet cutting equipment for cutting.
Features: This separate waterjet cutting equipment has no electrical components, the cutter is remotely controlled, and installation is simple; the cutting process is spark-free and without temperature rise, making it safe to handle and suitable for operations in high-gas mines.
