Structure/Principle/Features
The QSM-4.5-ZF Coal Mine Water Jet Cutting Machine is mainly composed of a mixed sand valve abrasive tank, an external booster pump, a pressure compensation device, a super alarm low-voltage protection solenoid valve, a safety valve, high-pressure hoses, a pressure gauge, a housing, and a base, featuring a split-type structure.
Operation Principle: Utilizing the emulsion from the emulsion pump underground as power, it drives the piston of the booster pump to perform linear reciprocating motion. The reciprocating piston increases the static well pressure to 45MPa, and the high-pressure water is then supplied through high-pressure hoses to the water cutting device for cutting.
Features: This portable waterjet cutting machine has no electrical components, the cutter is remotely controlled, and installation is easy; the cutting process is sparkless and has no temperature rise, making it safe to handle and suitable for operations in high-gas mines.
