1. Construction Scheduling and Safety Measures: 1) Briefing before underground operations to understand well depth, entry depth, water level differences at both ends of the blockage, water depth, and water flow conditions, and to clarify the objectives and specific technical requirements of the construction. 2) Divers must be certified to work, equipment must be debugged, and divers' physical conditions must be normal. Ensure that equipment is functioning properly, communication is normal, and divers' physical conditions are stable before entering the well. 3) Preparedness for rescue equipment and personnel. In addition to normal well operations personnel and equipment, a set of rescue equipment and personnel must be prepared to prevent accidents during operations. 4) Underground operations, ground personnel in position. Compressor maintenance personnel: Ensure the compressor runs normally during the dive and before the diver surfaces; ground maintenance personnel: Responsible for coordinating between personnel to meet the various demands reflected from underground; Communication personnel: Communicate with underground construction personnel to understand their work status and demands, as well as the safety conditions at each work point. 5) This operation mainly involves cutting, clearing pipes, and removing debris before constructing walls. Divers will only enter the water for operations after the two sides have equalized the water flow and confirmed that there is no significant water flow. Due to the gases and water underground, special requirements are placed on the equipment, so we use pneumatic equipment, hydraulic equipment, and low-pressure equipment. 6) Hoisting personnel follow the communication personnel's instructions while also being aware of the underground situation. Absolutely no hoisting is allowed when there is someone at the wellhead. Before each hoisting, signal the diver to confirm they are in a safe position. Place the hoisting object aside for the client to confirm. 7) Cleanup operations, after completion, safety check the construction area and wellhead, mainly ensuring the well cover is properly in place. 8) In the event of serious injuries or other safety accidents, Party B shall immediately report to the relevant departments (110) and notify Party A in accordance with relevant regulations, and simultaneously handle it as required by the relevant departments. To ensure rescue time, know and remember the phone numbers and route maps of nearby medical facilities. 9) Party B shall comply with the relevant safety management systems for engineering construction safety, strictly organize construction according to safety standards, and take necessary safety protection measures.
