Hainan Wenchang Health Industrial Park Swimming Pool Project

The transparent section of the swimming pool measures 21 meters in length and 1 meter in height, with an acrylic panel thickness of 10 centimeters. It is composed of a total of 3 seamless pieces of acrylic panels over 7 meters in length. The following image shows the acrylic panels being hoisted into the grooves.

Two panels are joined at the factory and transported to the site with the third panel. There, the assembler combines the three panels into a 21-meter-long board. The image below shows the assembler creating the filling port for the joint material.

After assembly, the acrylic panels are hoisted into the installation slots, leveled, grouted and secured, followed by the application of a specialized waterproof sealant. Once the sealant is fully cured, the installation of the entire acrylic panel is complete! The image below shows the installer applying the structural sealant.
