Boiling Dryer, also known as Fluidized Bed Dryer, utilizes a stream of hot air to suspend wet particles, allowing for thermal exchange through fluidized boiling. The hot air carries away evaporated moisture or organic solvents. It employs a heat transfer method through the gas-solid two-phase suspension contact of hot air flow, achieving the drying of wet particles. The Fluidized Bed Drying technology involves two interrelated processes: heat transfer and mass transfer. In the convective drying process, hot air transfers heat energy to the surface of the wet material by contact, which then transfers internally. This is a heat transfer process. After the wet material is heated, the surface moisture first vaporizes, while the internal moisture diffuses to the surface in liquid or gaseous form and continuously vaporizes into the air, gradually reducing the moisture content of the material and completing the drying process. This is a mass transfer process.
The inflatable sealing rings are made from environmentally friendly silicone rubber that can withstand temperatures as low as -50 degrees Celsius and as high as 200 degrees Celsius. They are suitable for industrial pressure vessel sealing requirements. These inflatable silicone rubber sealing rings and their sealing structures feature simple design, easy installation, excellent sealing performance, and the ability to achieve self-sealing in both axial and radial directions. The outer edge of the inflatable sealing ring has a guiding positioning ring, and when the upper and lower lips on the inner edge are closed, they form a complete hollow circular ring. After filling the hollow circular ring with high-pressure gas (or liquid) inside the pressure vessel, it expands outward, generating self-tightening properties in both axial and radial directions. The greater the internal pressure of the pressure vessel, the stronger the self-tightening effect, and the better the sealing performance.
