Principle of Operation for Airtight Door:The airtight door is composed mainly of the door frame, door leaf, inflatable sealing strip, and inflation/deflation control system, with the inflatable sealing strip embedded in the grooves of the door leaf frame. Its working principle is as follows: when the door is opened, the inflatable sealing strip deflates and contracts within the grooves. When the door is closed, the sealing strip inflates and expands, creating a tight seal between the door leaf and frame, while also securely locking the door.

Principle of operation for inflatable sealing rings:The inflatable sealing ring naturally has its expandable portion retracting into the concave groove of the sealing door. When the equipment requires sealing, air is inflated into the sealing ring bladder through the inlet and outlet nozzles. The sealing ring bladder deforms under the internal pressure, with the concave middle portion bulging outwards, extending beyond the groove to make a tight contact with another sealing surface, thereby achieving the sealing effect. To release the sealed state, air is then expelled through the inlet and outlet nozzles, causing the inflated portion of the sealing ring to automatically retract back into the groove, restoring its natural state and detaching from the sealing surface.
