The pump cover and impeller are all formed by sinter pressing a metallic insert encased in fluoroplastic. The shaft seal features an externally mounted advanced bellows mechanical seal. The static ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramic (or silicon nitride), while the dynamic ring is filled with Teflon, offering excellent corrosion and wear resistance. Both the pump's inlet and outlet are reinforced with cast steel, enhancing its pressure resistance.
