Overview

This series of pumps is a single-suction, multi-stage segmented, horizontal centrifugal pump with flow rates of 1~6 m³/h and head heights of 24~176 m. The temperature of the medium being conveyed ranges from -15 to 130°C. The pump's inlet can be located at the bottom, forming a 180° angle with the outlet; it can also be positioned at the top, with varying orientations relative to the inlet. The pump's impeller, middle section, guide vanes, and other components are made from stainless steel sheets that are stamped and welded into shape, with the shafts manufactured from stainless steel. Therefore, this series of pumps features a compact size, light weight, high efficiency, balanced operation, and long service life.

Usage

Broadly used in applications requiring low flow rate and high head (such as water supply for pressure vessels, pressure maintenance in fire water networks, hydraulic flushing, etc.), or where pure water quality is essential (e.g., food, pharmaceuticals). If the manufacturing materials of the pump's inlet and outlet sections are changed from cast iron to stainless steel, it becomes a stainless steel corrosion-resistant pump (Model WDLF). The inlet and outlet diameters of this series of pumps are both 32mm.
