The ZJ(G) model is a single-stage, single-suction, cantilever horizontal centrifugal slurry pump. This series of pumps utilizes the internationally advanced theory of solid-liquid two-phase flow and is designed according to the principle of minimum loss. The geometric shape of its flow components conforms to the flow state of the medium, reducing涡流 and impact losses, thereby reducing wear on the flow components, improving hydraulic efficiency, and lowering operating noise and vibration. The flow components of this series are made of high-hardness alloy cast iron, which boasts high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, thereby extending its service life. Additionally, the pumps in this series employ power pressure reduction, ensuring that the slurry is less likely to leak.
Application
The ZJ(G) slurry pump is widely applicable in industries such as mining, metallurgy, power, coal, chemicals, and building materials, for transporting erosive and corrosive slurries containing solid particles. The maximum weight concentration of the solid-liquid mixture is: 45% for ash slurry and 60% for ore slurry. This series of slurry pumps offers a complete range of specifications, and can be driven by direct connection, belt drive, hydraulic, or variable-frequency speed control. They can also be connected in series or parallel according to customer requirements.
