The ZJB type slurry pump is a high-efficiency, energy-saving, single-stage, single-suction centrifugal slurry pump developed by Yanshan Pump Co., Ltd. in Shandong. It is divided into two structural types: horizontal (ZJB type) and vertical (ZJLB type). Horizontal pumps are further categorized by outlet diameter into various sizes such as 500mm, 450mm, 400mm, 350mm, 300mm, 250mm, 200mm, 150mm, 100mm, 80mm, 65mm, 50mm, and 40mm.
This series of slurry pumps features innovative hydraulic and structural designs. The flowing components are made from high-chromium wear-resistant cast iron, a material independently developed for strong abrasion resistance, offering significant advantages such as high efficiency, long service life, light weight, rational structure, reliable operation, low vibration, low noise, and easy maintenance. They are suitable for industries including power, mining, metallurgy, coal, building materials, chemicals, food, water conservancy, and wastewater treatment. Used for transporting abrasive or corrosive slurries containing solid particles, the maximum weight concentration of the solid-liquid mixture is: 45% for sludge and 60% for mineral slurry. They can be operated in series according to user requirements. The performance indicators of this series of slurry pumps are at the leading level domestically, with most pumps reaching international efficiency standards.
The ZJC series slurry pumps utilize our company's exclusive special structure. This series is a single-stage slurry pump designed specifically to meet the unique needs of pressure filter presses in China's coal selection process. When the filter press is in operation, the pump's flow rate decreases and the pressure increases. Due to process requirements, no sealing clean water is allowed to be injected at the pump shaft seal, which leads to slurry leakage at the packing area (even with auxiliary impeller power sealing is insufficient), polluting the working environment, damaging the packing seal, increasing maintenance workload on-site, and reducing the pump's overhaul life. The characteristics of this series are: under the condition of no sealing clean water, it ensures no slurry leakage at the packing area. This series of pumps can also be used in situations where the back-pressure at the slurry pump inlet does not exceed 10 meters and there is no sealing clean water, with identical performance parameters and installation dimensions to the ZJB model slurry pumps.
The ZJB series slurry pumps have been listed as the promotion project of energy department's power technology achievements, as well as the promotion products selected by the metallurgy and coal departments. They are also included as the main auxiliary equipment selection products for 50-300MW thermal power units by the power department, the General Design Institute of Power Planning and Design, and the Equipment Package Bureau.
