Due to the high operating temperatures of many chimneys (typically 50-180°C) and the complex composition of the flue gas, standard resins are unable to meet their requirements. The key to selecting both the lining and structural resin is their ability to withstand corrosion under high temperatures. The structural resin must also meet the high-temperature resistance requirements, with its elongation at break matching that of the lining resin. For ease of installation, we process the chimneys in sections according to the customer's installation specifications and then assemble them on-site; the installation process can also be designed to the customer's preference.
