This testing machine is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements of JB/T7796-2017 "Technical Conditions for Spring Tension and Compression Testing Machines". It is primarily used for testing the strength of various precision helical springs and elastic elements, specifically measuring the test force of a spring under a certain deformation amount (remaining height) or determining the deformation amount (remaining height) of a spring under a certain test force.
The frame design offers ample safety margin and high rigidity, with precise spring measurements. Key components are machined in a single operation on a CNC center, ensuring the machine's permanent accuracy. The transmission system consists of synchronous V-belts, precision ground ball screw pairs, and guide sections, providing smooth operation. The drive system features a Panasonic servo motor with a wide speed adjustment range and high reliability.
The testing machine features an automatic test mode, where the test parameters for the spring are combined with the control method. The intelligent control system determines the control method for the test process based on the parameter category, ensuring high efficiency in the collection, display, and testing of the test parameters.
