I. Product Introduction
The microcomputer-controlled spring tension testing machine is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements specified in JB/T7796-2005 "Technical Conditions for Spring Tension Testing Machines."
2. This type of spring tension testing machine is mainly used for testing the strength of various helical springs and elastic elements, i.e., to measure the test force of the spring under a certain deformation amount (or height), or to determine the height or deformation amount of the spring under a certain test force.
Section 2: Feature Description
1. This unit consists of the main unit, control system, software system, security devices, and (auxiliary equipment).
2. The mainframe is designed with a gate structure, and the frame's rigidity and strength are fully ensured through mechanical finite element analysis; it has strong overload resistance; critical components are machined in one setup using a machining center, guaranteeing the equipment's permanent accuracy; the transmission system consists of synchronous V-belts, precision ground ball screw pairs, and guide sections, providing smooth transmission; the drive system is achieved with a Japanese Panasonic AC servo speed controller and its motor, offering a wide speed range and high reliability. Special structure-designed load sensors are used to prevent spring misloading from affecting the test results. The platform height is increased, eliminating the need for a custom stand for the equipment, and is suitable for human height.
3. Control System: Based on PC computers and PCI bus technology, equipped with a full digital test system control card, dedicated control and measurement software system, full digital control, integrating PCI adjustment, measurement amplification, screen display, data acquisition, and data processing into one, highly integrated, representing an advanced unit of domestic static control technology.
4. Safety Protection Devices: Overload protection for 10% above rated load, beam limit position protection, overcurrent, overvoltage, overload protection, and fully enclosed protection for the test space.
