Section 2: Product Features of the Pneumatic Spring Pressure Sorting Tester

1. There are two exhaust cylinders mounted on the rack wall, with the piston rods connected to the upper pressure disks, driving the disks to move up and down. Two lower pressure disks and sensors are mounted on the bracket.

2. Adjust the cylinder's upward position switch according to the spring height; during batch testing, reduce the return stroke to enhance efficiency.

3. Test operation of foot pedal valve.

4. Test results are displayed on the screen and indicated by lights. During use, the corresponding qualified area light illuminates as set, allowing for easy sorting of springs without needing to look at the numbers. It features five levels of display: Extra Strong, Qualified+, Qualified, Qualified-, and Extra Weak force values.

5. Emergency Stop Function: In the event of an emergency or abnormal situation, please press the emergency stop switch to stop the cylinder from moving.
