The RCYB series overhead permanent magnet iron separator is internally composed of a composite magnetic system using high coercivity, high remanence permanent magnets such as "neodymium iron boron" materials. It features maintenance-free operation, strong magnetic force, long service life, simple installation, convenient use, and reliable performance. It is suitable for removing iron from non-magnetic materials in belt conveyors, vibration conveyors, electromagnetic vibration feeders, and downspout chutes. It can remove iron magnetic materials ranging from 0.1 to 35 kilograms. The internal permanent magnetic system has a service life of over 10 years.

When the permanent magnet attracts a large amount of ferromagnetic material, it can be cleared manually with a non-magnetic scraper or removed with gloves; suitable for continuous operation and less iron-containing environments.
