This series is specifically designed for lifting medium to thick steel plates, featuring a unique magnetic circuit design. It is suitable for medium to thick plate factories, shipyards, and machinery manufacturing plants. Users can choose from the single sheet series (300 model), the few sheets series (350 model), or the many sheets series (400 model). The few sheets and many sheets models can be controlled by adjusting the magnetism, ensuring the lifting of one or more steel plates and single sheet feeding. Due to the ease of bending and deformation in long steel plates during handling, it is recommended to use multiple electromagnets in conjunction. For long medium to thick plates (6mm-32mm), the spacing of electromagnets is typically 3-4 meters. The length of the extended parts at both ends can be less than or equal to half of the spacing. During operation, the bending and deformation of the steel plates can affect safe handling. When selecting, pay attention to the corresponding parameters of the electromagnet's length and the maximum handling width of the steel plate thickness, especially when lifting multiple steel plates.
