Main Function of the Testing Machine

1. Can measure the average, maximum, and minimum tangential friction forces of a writing pen rotating once on an A4 paper, and plot the curve in a load-time coordinate system.

2. Features a paper feed mechanism: automatic paper feeding.

3. The diameter of the circle can be altered, and the line speed can be continuously adjusted, allowing for any setting.

4. Writing Pressure: Place weights in the pen holder for underlining; can be used individually or in combination.

5. Standardize the test program through a computer, input test parameters to establish a plan, then click "Test," and it will be automatically completed.

6. The same pen core can be used for one test or consecutive tests up to ten times, with the average value taken from the tests. It is also possible to pre-draw a certain number of circles before measurement, and the number of pre-drawn circles can be set.

7. During the circular motion, the system can real-time plot the force-time curve of the test, with the capability to store the test curve.

8. Clamping Method: Adjustable angle, 60-90° range.
