1. Product Description and Usage
This testing machine is primarily used for torsion and torsional fatigue tests of torsion springs, suitable for manufacturers to inspect the mechanical properties and fatigue life of torsion bars.

◇ Capable of conducting torsion bar torsional mechanical property tests: Measure the torque value at specified twist angles, or the angle value at specified torques; test the tensile strength, torsional stiffness, and other mechanical indicators.
◇ Capable of conducting torsion fatigue life tests for torsion bars: Perform life tests within specified torsion angles or within specified torque ranges; capable of real-time monitoring of torque changes during testing; allows for setting the number of test cycles, automatic shutdown upon reaching the specified number, shutdown upon sample fracture, and shutdown based on torque decay by setting a decay value, etc.
◇ Performance and life tests use a single torque sensor without the need to change the chuck.
◇Torque sensors can be added or replaced to accommodate various models and specifications of torsion rods.
◇ Special-designed workwear ensures no damage to non-standard torsion rods and maintains a stable torque during the twisting process.
◇ Added auxiliary workwear to locate the rotational center of irregularly shaped torsion rods by means of scales, facilitating quick adjustments and shortening the adjustment process.
◇Features both clockwise and counterclockwise bidirectional rotation testing functions;
◇Equipped with manual adjustment buttons, it can perform both automatic programmed tests and individual manual adjustments.
The software features multiple security protection functions: overload protection, abnormal protection, overcurrent and overvoltage protection.
◇ Equipped with comprehensive hardware safety measures, in addition to an emergency stop switch, it also features a fully enclosed safety sliding door that does not interfere with the fixture or testing, ensuring the safety of the operator.
