1. KLD-D204 (1421) Microcomputer-Controlled Disc Spring Pressure Testing Machine, manufactured according to the technical requirements of JB/T7796-2017 "Technical Conditions for Spring Tensile Testing Machines". Professionally used for testing the strength of various disc springs and elastic elements.
2. The machine consists of two sections, the lower part being the compression space equipped with a pressure plate and a hook for spring compression (or tension) testing. The load sensor is mounted beneath the middle beam, with an upper pressure plate below the sensor and a lower pressure plate on the worktable surface. Below the worktable is the transmission section, powered by a Japanese Panasonic AC servo motor. The motor drives two synchronous ball screw shafts through a reduction mechanism. As the screws rotate, they move the beam up and down, enabling tension and compression tests on the specimens.
3. The electrical part consists of the drive system and the measurement and control section, with the computer handling various functions such as control, display, data collection, processing, and drawing of stiffness curves.
