I. Product Description and Usage
This machine is primarily used for load characteristic tests on single, paired, or grouped large disc spring units; suitable for precision elastic elements with high stiffness and load for load characteristic testing.
II. Product Features
◇ The main machine features a four-column and screw structure, with the servo hydraulic cylinder mounted on the lower base. During operation, the piston extends to drive the lower pressing plate, applying pressure to the test specimen. The movable cross beam, powered by the motor and synchronous gears, moves the upper pressing plate up and down, adjusting the distance between compressions to accommodate different height disc springs for testing requirements.
◇ Utilizes three load sensors for force measurement, unaffected by oil temperature, ensuring higher precision and better stability in testing force; the force measurement sensor is installed between the upper pressure head and the moving beam for testing force measurement.
◇ Employing a bi-directional servo hydraulic cylinder as the loading actuator, it achieves precise control over loading and unloading speeds with high efficiency.

◇ Utilizes a reasonable displacement measurement method to ensure high precision in measuring the displacement of high-stiffness disc springs.
Install a protective guard between the upper and lower pressure disks (on the outside of the four posts) to ensure that the surrounding personnel are not injured after the sample is broken.
