The U-shaped spring horizontal tensile testing machine is specifically designed for tensile tests on U-shaped springs.

The U-shaped spring pin shaft is horizontally positioned, with its ends resting on the pull head support plate. Tension is applied to the U-shaped spring along the pin hole axis; during this process, the deformation and corresponding load of the U-shaped spring are measured in real-time, and a load-deformation curve is simultaneously plotted.

If the U-shaped spring is stretched to the set deformation and the load value is within the specified range, it is considered to be qualified.

If the U-shaped spring is stretched to the set deformation and the load exceeds or does not reach the specified force value range, it is considered不合格.
