I. Product Description and Application
KPD(1121) Mechanical Fatigue Tester, primarily used for fatigue life testing of various helical springs and cylindrical shock absorbers used in motor vehicles, motorcycles, and other motorized vehicles. Special fixtures can also be made to accommodate fatigue testing of specific samples.
The main unit is composed of four main parts: the frame, mechanical loading mechanism, transmission mechanism, and fixture. It meets the requirements of various size specifications of test pieces by adjusting the rise and fall of the screw thread. Different installation methods for test pieces are accommodated by replacing the fixture.
Adjust the amplitude and frequency according to the technical requirements of the spring.
Additional temperature chambers can be added for a fee, to conduct fatigue life tests on springs at various temperatures.
II. Product Features

Touchscreen operation and display ensure clear test results and easy operation.

◇ Equipped with an equipment status indicator light for clear visibility, enabling remote monitoring.
◇ Safety Protection Features:
All equipment exterior is protected by a guardrail, each side can be opened independently, adjustment is convenient, and operation is safe.
2. At the eccentric adjustment mechanism, a safety switch is in place. The equipment cannot be activated during amplitude adjustment operations. The switch must be turned off after adjustment before the equipment can be started.
