1. Product Description and Application

This machine is primarily used for fatigue testing of various helical compression springs, tension springs, and small disc springs with a total load of up to 5000N and a space of up to 400mm. With suitable tooling, it can also be used for fatigue testing of torsion springs. Optionally, a temperature chamber can be added for a fee to conduct life tests on springs at different temperatures.

II. Product Features

1. Adjust the amplitude and frequency of the test according to the technical requirements of the spring.

2. The touch screen serves as the human-machine interface display. The number of tests can be input into the program according to requirements and automatically completed.

3. Pre-set test次数auto shut-off upon completion.

4. The motor and reducer connect the cam to drive the linkage for reciprocating motion, thereby compressing the spring.

5. Record the number of test trials, with digital display, adjustable test speed and frequency, and data retention.
