The high-temperature pressure-transmitting level transmitter is composed of a front-end pressure transmission section and a pressure sensing and signal transmission section. The pressure transmission section consists of a stainless steel sleeve and a high-temperature pressure-conducting tube, while the pressure sensing section includes an oil-sealed pressure sensor and a dedicated integrated amplifier circuit for instruments.
The product utilizes gas induction to transmit liquid pressure through a stainless steel sleeve, and transfers the pressure to the pressure sensing element via a high-temperature pressure conduit filled with silicone oil. Combined with the backend transmitter section, it outputs a standard signal corresponding to the pressure. This product is specially designed for high-temperature or highly corrosive liquids, effectively solving the difficulty of measuring high-temperature liquid levels.
This level transmitter is widely applicable in the oil, chemical, pharmaceutical, food, light industry, water conservancy, and geological sectors. It is used for measuring and controlling the pressure of high-temperature liquids and corrosive high-temperature liquids. Particularly suited for measuring and controlling the levels of high-temperature, medium to small range, and strongly corrosive mediums.
