The LRD-UHZ series magnetic level gauges are products developed and produced by our company based on the absorption and improvement of similar domestic and international products, in accordance with the magnetic level gauge standards HG/T21584-95 issued by the former Ministry of Chemical Industry. They are suitable for measuring the liquid level of media in various towers, tanks, bins, spherical containers, and boilers. This series of magnetic level gauges can achieve high-sealing, leakage prevention, and adapt to high-pressure, high-temperature, and corrosive conditions for liquid level measurement. The full-process measurement has no blind spots, with clear and easy-to-read displays, and can be equipped with glow-in-the-dark illumination. Particularly, the on-site indicator part, due to its non-direct contact with the liquid medium, demonstrates its superiority in high-temperature, high-pressure, high-viscosity, toxic, harmful, and highly corrosive media. Therefore, it offers higher reliability, safety, advancement, and practicality compared to traditional glass tube and plate level gauges.
The most significant feature of the side-mounted magnetic liquid level gauge is the complete isolation of the liquid medium from the indicator, ensuring it is extremely safe and durable in any situation. The level gauges of various models, when equipped with level alarms and control switches, can achieve over-level or under-level alarm control or interlock. By pairing with a reed switch group level transmitter, the level and boundary signals can be converted into a standard 4-20mA DC signal, transmitted to computers, regulators, liquid level digital indicators, and liquid level digital meters, enabling remote indication, detection, recording, and control. This series of level gauges is widely used for liquid level measurement and control in various production processes, such as in the oil, chemical, metallurgical, pharmaceutical, food, and power industries.
[Structure and Principle]
The level gauge is developed based on the principle of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. As the liquid level in the container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the level gauge moves accordingly. The permanent magnet inside the float transmits through magnetic coupling to the field indicator, causing the red or white indicator to flip 180 degrees. When the level rises, the indicator changes from white to red, and when the level falls, it changes from red to white. The red and white boundaries of the indicator represent the actual height of the medium inside the container, thereby indicating the liquid level.
