I. Product Introduction
The UBG glass level gauge is a read-only instrument developed and produced by absorbing the functions and advantages of similar foreign products. It is used solely to indicate the liquid level height within a container and is suitable for various pressure-bearing (high-temperature) vessels, such as steam boilers. This level gauge offers clear water level observation, compact structure, and safety reliability. It is widely used in the petrochemical industry and others.
Section II: Structural Principle
The level gauge is composed of main body, cover, upper and lower needle valves, glass plate, connecting flange (or thread), etc. The connecting flange (or thread) forms a communicating vessel with the container, allowing direct observation of the liquid height within the container through the glass plate. Safety steel balls are fitted inside the upper and lower needle valves to prevent accidental damage to the glass plate. Under pressure, these steel balls activate to seal the liquid passage, providing automatic closure and ensuring safe operation for staff.
