I. Product Description and Applications
The Microcomputer-controlled Spring Tension Testing Machine is manufactured in accordance with the technical requirements specified in JB/T7796-2005 "Technical Conditions for Spring Tension Testing Machines". This model is primarily used for testing the strength of various springs and elastic elements, i.e., measuring the test force of a spring under a certain deformation amount (or height) or determining the height or deformation amount of the spring under a certain test force.
II. Product Features
1. This unit consists of Quzhou, control systems, software systems, safety assurance devices, and (auxiliary equipment).
2. The frame of the microcomputer-controlled spring tension testing machine has been rigorously ensured through finite element analysis of its stiffness and strength; it boasts strong overload resistance. Key components are machined in one setup using a machining center, guaranteeing the equipment's permanent accuracy. The transmission system consists of synchronous toothed belts, precision ground ball screw pairs, and guiding sections, ensuring smooth transmission. The drive system is powered by a Japanese Panasonic AC servo variable speed controller and motor, offering a wide speed range and high operability. A load transmitter with a special structural design is used to prevent the spring leaf load from affecting the test results.
3. Control System: The microcomputer-controlled spring tension testing machine is based on a PC computer as the main body, utilizing PCI bus technology. It is equipped with a full-digital test system control card, a dedicated test software system, and features full-digital control. It integrates PCI adjustment, measurement amplification, screen display, data collection, and data processing into one, making it a highly integrated advanced unit of domestic static control technology.
4. Safety Protection Devices: Overload protection for 10% above rated load, beam limit position protection, overcurrent, overvoltage, and overspeed protection.
