This unit is a dedicated equipment for compressed spring setting and load sorting.

The machine utilizes a servo motor and precision ball screw drive for loading, with adjustable travel that can be precisely controlled. It operates at two workstations simultaneously. Driven by a high-power servo motor, the loading process is fast, with adjustable and customizable travel, offering exceptional flexibility.

This unit features the functionality for multiple standing and load testing sorts. The number of standing times can be set, up to a maximum of three; load tests can be conducted during the return of the last standing or can be reinitiated after the standing is completed. The measurement results can be divided into up to five groups, indicated by red, green, yellow, blue, and white indicator lights. Operators can remove the springs and place them in the corresponding positions based on the color of the indicator lights.

Suitable springs may include cylindrical helical springs or off-center force springs (such as suspension springs, etc.). Different springs require different spring seats.

The control system utilizes a dedicated motion controller and a high-speed data acquisition system, allowing operators to conveniently operate via a touchscreen. Each spring's test requirements can be effectively saved to the program for easy retrieval at any time. The test results are clear at a glance, and judgment indicator lights are displayed for easy sorting by the operator.
