This sorting machine is designed for flexible load sorting, particularly suitable for medium batch springs, high-precision spring testing, and situations where enterprises have a variety of spring types that are frequently changed, or where the spring shape is not suitable for feeding through a vibratory sifter hopper, or for non-standard springs. It complements conventional load sorting in terms of the types of springs covered. There are several ways to use this machine for greater convenience and efficiency.

II. Product Features

1. Any tasks that are difficult to achieve with automatic feeding of the vibrating screen can be handled by this machine, manual feeding, or automatic feeding (the method of automatic feeding to be negotiated between both parties).

2. Standard load sorting machines require auxiliary sleeves and cylinders that closely match the spring outer diameter and height. If a company has a wide variety of springs in small batches, the cost and time to manufacture and replace these auxiliary sleeves and cylinders greatly constrain production efficiency. However, this machine is particularly suitable for a model with a wide variety of springs, small batches, and frequent changes in types. Due to the ease of changing types and adjusting parameters, production efficiency is significantly improved.
