Soundproof room design
For scientific physicists or engineers who must conduct precise sound measurements in a free-field environment.
Our anechoic chamber boasts exceptional transmission loss (TL) characteristics and features a fully absorptive wedge liner, meeting the above requirements.
To maximize sound isolation, our anechoic chamber is designed as a room within a room, with the characteristic of an inner room.
The rooms are placed on a vibration isolation system that is designed based on the specific weight and frequency of each room.
The noise reduction features in the silent room design, specifically for single-layer wall and ceiling construction, offer appropriate sound insulation applications and locations.
Single-walled construction allows for a smaller overall external size and is particularly suitable for areas with minimal noise.
The silent room boasts the following standard features:
① The sound deadener (foam or sound-absorbing cotton) has the required low-frequency cutoff.
② Double or single wall and ceiling construction;
③ Standard ventilation system ingeniously integrated with building supply;
④ Minimize acoustic reflections in lighting (internal)
⑤ Tubular cable port
⑥ The indoor non-reflective cable floor system is above the floor acoustic wedge, with a nylon protective mesh below.
The base is equipped with vibration isolators.
⑧ One soundproof door, one noise reduction door.
⑨ Additional facilities can be added as needed, such as air conditioning, surveillance, etc.
