An acoustic chamber is a soundproof testing device designed for manufacturing workshops with testing requirements. It undergoes sound absorption treatment inside, transforming it into a small-scale low-noise room where tests can be conducted on small low-noise products such as precision instruments, motors, audio equipment, transformers, and more.

Product Features:

1. High sound insulation: The theoretical sound insulation level of a standard soundproof room is 25-30 dB(A), but our company's high-insulation soundproof room can reach up to 40 dB(A).

2. Easy空洞 treatment: The ordinary soundproof room needs to be determined in advance, whereas our high-efficiency soundproof room design can be determined on-site.

3. True high-temperature, high-pressure, and waterproof resistance; also resistant to moisture. The maximum temperature for ordinary soundproof rooms is up to 80-120°C, while our high-noise reduction quiet rooms, designed with high-temperature-resistant materials like alumina, can withstand temperatures up to 400°C.

4. Soundproofing room wall thickness can be selected from 50mm to 400mm.

Performance Structure:

The silent room is constructed with a vibration-proof frame structure, utilizing modular assembly for easy installation and disassembly.

The main structure is made of square steel, with the outer panels constructed from environmentally friendly high-quality steel plate; the inner side features micro-perforated sound-absorbing panels, utilizing high-quality sound-absorbing cotton, insulation materials, and damping coatings to ensure effective sound absorption and enhance the noise reduction effect at low frequencies.

3. Entry and exit doors, observation windows are sealed with sealing strips at the mating surfaces; soundproof external joints are bonded with aluminum alloy strips for an aesthetically pleasing and practical design.

4. The soundproof room is a hexahedron, equipped with a soundproof door for personnel entry and exit, and observation windows for convenient monitoring of the internal equipment's operation.

5. Install an indoor ventilation and noise reduction system or air conditioning to ensure the room temperature remains within a manageable range.

6. Explosion-proof and dust-proof daylight fluorescent lamps are used for lighting.

7. Sizes and materials can be selected and matched according to different soundproofing and environmental requirements.

8. Custom design and manufacturing according to customer's technical specifications, suitable for silent rooms for high-demand testing products.
