Acoustic Chamber Manufacturing Instructions

1. The construction of acoustic chambers is primarily customized based on their functional applications, with the acoustic performance, internal and external dimensions, and other special requirements determined according to the chamber's use.

2. The exterior material of the acoustic chamber is high-quality steel plate, featuring resistance to high temperature, high pressure, low temperature, corrosion, and abrasion.

3. The soundproof room walls are constructed with sound-absorbing cotton, sound insulation composite panels, vibration-damping materials, and main frame ribs, offering excellent soundproofing and absorption properties.

4. The acoustic chamber is constructed with a sound-absorbing, noise-reducing, and sound-insulating composite wall structure. The total thickness of the chamber walls is 100-350mm (actual thickness is determined by the sound-insulating effect), composed of multiple layers of sound-insulating materials.

5. Soundproofing rooms feature dual-magnetic "sound gate" doors with surface spray treatment and damping. Sealing is applied at the door frame and wall connection to achieve sound insulation and vibration damping effects.

6. Observation windows in soundproof rooms are made of double-layered tempered glass, with an acoustic component installed in the gap between the double windows, effectively enhancing the sound insulation of the soundproof windows.

7. The isolation chamber introduces external signal lines using a through-hole, and seals the through-hole with a high-performance sealing material.

8. The acoustic chamber ventilation and noise reduction system is designed based on the interior area of the chamber, utilizing resistive silencers for treatment, and low-noise air conditioning units can also be installed.

9. Acoustic room configurations and special manufacturing requirements are tailored to the actual needs of the customer.
