Section 1: Introduction to Soundproof Enclosures

Isolation enclosures are primarily used as the main equipment for testing the acoustic noise levels of small-sized electroacoustic components and electromechanical products, such as speakers, microphones, and small motors. Unlike isolation chambers, isolation enclosures are characterized by their compact size, lightweight, excellent soundproofing performance, and ease of mobility, making them suitable for various environments. Therefore, the manufacturing process and material selection for isolation enclosures are very strict.

Section 2: Isolation Enclosure Structural Materials:

1. Soundproofing structure:

Due to the high noise isolation requirements for the isolation box, it is designed with a three-layer vibration isolation structure, featuring two soundproof doors on the inside and outside. The isolation box shell (including the inner shell) is made of 2-3mm thick high-quality steel plate compounded with multi-layer damping and soundproofing materials. The exterior is electrostatically coated, with soundproof panels, damping plates, and environmentally friendly sound-absorbing cotton filled between the three shells. The inner layer includes sound-absorbing module materials, and the door edges are sealed with gaskets. The box is equipped with product test cable interfaces, etc.

2. Acoustic and vibration isolation structure:

The inside surface of the box is lined with 50-300mm thick high-strength wavy sound-absorbing foam, which provides excellent sound absorption.

b. The isolation box is equipped with four shock absorbers at the bottom to reduce the impact of external vibration sources on the isolation box.

III. Structural Characteristics and Configurations of the Soundproof Enclosure

1. Isolation Enclosure, featuring a suspended structure to effectively reduce the transmission of solid noise. Made from multi-layer high polymer composite panels, it not only lightens the enclosure's weight but also enhances sound insulation.

2. The outer and inner shells of the box are made from 2-3mm steel plates, formed through stamping, welding, acid washing, and painting. The interior features a composite soundproofing wall panel made with 3-6 layers of damping, sound-insulating, and noise-absorbing materials.

3. We design the wall thickness according to the customer's requirements, ranging from 150mm to 500mm, with doors available in single and double soundproof and sound-absorbing options.

4. The internal configuration of the soundproof box includes one light, one outlet, a line hole, and a product placement surface (all of which are set according to customer requirements).

5. The materials used in the soundproof enclosures are flame-retardant and odorless, environmentally friendly.

6. Performance specifications and dimensions are customizable.
